I made this one for my portfolio.

...I'm not a fan of him, but he looks good as an artist's model.

These days, I'm studying about Japanese Ukiyo-e. On this occasion, I refer to several art books on the subject. To my surprise, the appreciation of European baroque art is helpful. At first sight, a salient characteristic of European art is opposite to Japonese art, but there is a common ground between them too.
Umm...I can't give an intelligible explanation...but this pic is a interesting fruit of my research on Orientalizm.
Anyway, now, I intend to sacrifice my remaining years to an inquiry into the Japonese erotica...

This is beautiful. I'm not a huge fan either, but he DOES make a great model. I like Hellsing's Alucard. 'Nough said. Anyway, I love how you captured his pale skin without making him seem flat, also how you framed him and made him glow. The circle/frame with the roses is absolutely gorgeous. Wonderful work! BTW, could you tell me more about this common ground between European baroque art and Japanese Ukiyo-e?

Great artwork! Faved! Though I rebel a little on your description. Alucard's not evil. He is the main protagonist of the critically-acclaimed Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. And his hair is silver but he looks gorgeous here. LOL! Gratz on DD
